Amtrak® has selected First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO®) to provide a new credit card program and service to existing cardholders. We will be working closely together to provide a smooth transition to FNBO. Watch your mail for your new card to arrive in a plain white envelope in early October. This web page will provide a resource for frequently asked questions and updated information as we complete this change.

You can access your new Amtrak Guest Rewards Mastercard account information and future statements through enrolling in our online credit card account management at card.fnbo.com/amtrakguestrewards.

You will not be automatically enrolled in automatic payments (AutoPay) for your new Amtrak Guest Rewards Mastercard account. Please update your new account information with your financial institution, or log into your new online account at card.fnbo.com/amtrakguestrewards and set up AutoPay. Please be advised that it will take one full billing cycle for the AutoPay to begin. Be sure to pay your bill as a one-time payment until your AutoPay is active.

Please be sure to update your new Amtrak Guest Rewards Mastercard account number, expiration date and 3 digit security code on any recurring payments such as utilities, streaming services, online shopping, etc. that you have billed to your previous Amtrak Guest Rewards credit card for payments made after October 23, 2022.

As of October 22, 2022 you will default to receiving paper statements from FNBO, however it is fast and easy to sign up for paperlesss statements online at card.fnbo.com/amtrakguestrewards. Paperless statements are secure and easy to access 24/7. We will even send you an email when your statement is ready each month.

You can activate your new card by calling 1-855-809-8318. Your card is available for use after 12 p.m. CT 10/23/22. You can call 1-855-350-6589 after October 23, 2022 to request a new credit card if you did not receive a new card.

Yes, you are able to access your Amtrak Guest Rewards Mastercard account information both online at card.fnbo.com/amtrakguestrewards and through the Card by FNBO app (available in the Apple and Google Play stores).

As of October 23, 2022, FNBO is managing all accounts for Amtrak Guest Rewards credit card customers. Your account is now an FNBO Amtrak Guest Rewards Mastercard.

Yes, your account number, expiration date and 3 digit security code have changed. Your new card was sent out in October and is ready to use once you activate it.

Yes, your payment information has changed. Payments as of 10/23/22 should be made to FNBO. Updated payment information was included with your new card in early October and can be found online and in your new statement. Your payment date will change depending upon your statement date. Statements will be mailed from FNBO after 10/23/22.

Your Amtrak credit limit will not be changing during the conversion. All accounts in good standing will convert and rebrand to Amtrak Guest Rewards® Mastercard® or Amtrak Guest Rewards® Preferred Mastercard® credit card account. You will have the opportunity to provide updated income during card activation. In order for us to evaluate your account for future credit needs, we will be asking for the Primary cardholder's Total Annual Income. This information will be kept private and will not be shared with other companies. You will have future opportunities to update this information after conversion. To protect you and us from fraud, risk, loss, or unauthorized charges, we may limit or delay the availability of credit on your account after the conversion period. Please see your Card Member Agreement for additional information.

No, there is no annual fee. NOTE: Please confirm your credit card account type to determine the annual fee.

Yes, there is a $99 annual fee billed on your statement yearly near your anniversary date. Your annual fee is a reflection of enhanced Dining and Travel benefits as well as significant Amtrak Guest Reward benefits. NOTE: Please confirm your credit card account type to determine the annual fee.

You will have access to your current credit card statements online through your current account until October 22, 2022. Please download and save any statements needed before this date. After October 23, 2022 you will receive paper statements from FNBO.

No, you will begin to receive statements from FNBO after October 23, 2022. Please keep making payments to your current account issuer through October 22, 2022.

As of 12 p.m. CT on October 23, 2022, FNBO will begin managing all accounts for Amtrak Guest Rewards credit card customers. Although your account is closed, your payments will be made to FNBO after this date.

You will begin receiving statements from FNBO after October 23, 2022.

Yes, the payment address will change and your payment date will change depending upon your statement date. After October 23rd, please mail payments to: FNBO PO Box 2557 Omaha, NE 68103-2557 or call 1-855-350-6589 to make payments via the automated system or with an agent. Updated payment information will also be included with your statement after October 23, 2022.
