• Auto payments were cancelled as of September 1, 2024. Call FNBO Customer Care after September 22, 2024 for details on setting up auto pay.
• After 12:00 pm CT September 22, 2024, please make payments to FNBO by mail to PO Box 2557 Omaha, NE 68103-2557 or call 888-200-7966 for phone payments and auto pay details.
• Updated payment information will appear on your printed statements beginning October 2024.
• You will have a new account number printed at the bottom of your October 2024 statement. Your account number is the first 16 digits at the bottom of the payment coupon. You will need this number to make payments. Example:
  
  
• Set up Bill Pay for easy recurring payments. After you receive your October statement, you can use your account number to set up recurring payments through your financial institution by adding FNBO as the payee and your account number.

Any remaining points earned on your October 2024 statement will be redeemed in the form of a statement credit on your October 2024 statement.
